We are delighted when our guests learn to make handmade pasta--which we call "pici"--during their visit at Cretaiole and then are inspired to make it again on their own when they return to their homes after their stay. Here are some wonderful photographs of our guests back home enjoying our favorite pasta which they have made on their own. Enjoy (and salivate!)!!!

For my mother's 75th birthday we taught our family how to make pici and made the ragu! Delizioso! I've attached a couple of the pictures for you to see!

Here are some pictures of my first time trial of making Pici. And vegetarian Ragu!
Please forgive the way I was rolling out the pici. I did not have a good surface to roll. It was fun and it was delicious!
Since then, my husband made me a nice board to roll the pici, so I will try again soon!

The pici pasta and ragú were delicious! I took videos of how Isabella made it (we stayed in L'Oliviera 9/29-10/6/2012) and watched them before I started. Photos below show some of the preparation. We served your wonderful Cretaiole wine and olive oil at dinner but the label is facing the away.
